For Shipping Within Nigeria

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery services to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS once your order is processed.
3. Delivery Timeframes & Rates
Orders within Lagos will be delivered within 24–48 hours. Orders outside Lagos will be delivered within 5 working days. Delivery Rate will be calculated at checkout
Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your exact location and external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers, to ensure smooth and secure deliveries across Nigeria.
5. Order Tracking

Inter-state shipping: tracking numbers aren’t available, but you can always reach us to follow up on your order via hello@mcrabbit.com, WhatsApp: +234 8139145995, or our chat support.
6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related issues, our delivery team will attempt contact. If unresolved, your package may be returned to us, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
